Bullying Prevention
It’s been reported that 56% of students witness bullying in their schools. That number is only increasing as children get older and are exposed to more influences in their daily lives.
You can do you part to help educate your children and their peers. A number of national organizations have provided resources which you can use at home or in school.
The StopBullying.gov website emphasizes action steps individuals can take to prevent and stop bullying in their schools and communities. Users may subscribe to email updates to find out about new content on the site. It also features easy-to-use tools and resources for community leaders, young people and families, including:
